Something wrong with your order? Email orders@bgcommerce.net with your order number. All sales are final, but damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost if reported within 5 days of delivery. Send photos of the item, a photo of the shipping box with the shipping label showing, and photos of any box damage not visible in the label photo, as set out in our Returns policy. No claim is approved until all required photos are received.
