Yes! Every piece is borosilicate, the glass professional labs and heat-resistant cookware are made from, because it resists thermal shock. Each one is a single solid piece, with no seams, joints, or coatings that could come apart. It’s non-porous and cleans with warm water and soap.

Yes! Every piece on this site is borosilicate glass.
Is it body-safe?
Yes! Nothing absorbs into the surface.
Is glass strong enough?
Yes! Borosilicate glass resists thermal shock, which is why it handles warm and cool water.

Can I return a piece?
No. All sales are final, and opened or used items can't be returned for hygiene reasons. The exception is an order that arrives damaged, defective, or wrong.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry, and we've got you. Email orders@bgcommerce.net within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost. The same goes for defective or wrong items.
