Returns.
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email orders@bgcommerce.net within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Opened intimate items can't be returned, for hygiene reasons.
The exception: damaged, defective, or wrong items get a replacement or refund at no cost when reported within 5 days of delivery. Send your order number and photos to orders@bgcommerce.net.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout.

Hygiene first
Our pieces are body-safe borosilicate glass made for intimate use. For hygiene reasons, all sales are final and opened or used items cannot be returned.
What you can contact us about
We only accept returns for items in one of these situations:
Damaged in transit, broken or cracked on arrival.
Defective, a manufacturing fault.
Wrong item, not what you ordered.
If that's you, we're sorry, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Email orders@bgcommerce.net within 5 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the piece, a photo of the shipping box with the label showing, and photos of any damage to the box. No claim is approved until all required photos are received.

Refunds
Approved exceptions are refunded to the payment method you used at checkout, through our third-party payment gateway. Your bank or payment method may add extra time before it shows up.
Shipping damage
Borosilicate glass is tough, and we pack every order for the trip. Carriers still mishandle packages now and then. If your piece arrives damaged, you're covered: email orders@bgcommerce.net within 5 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the piece, a photo of the shipping box with the label showing, and photos of any damage to the box. We'll take it from there under the exception rules above.
